Hi, I’m Rob.
I’m a coach, consultant, and educator. I work with small business owners and practitioners in private practice, helping them to build robust and thriving businesses, and providing support and encouragement as they take the brave steps to do so.
My own career started in the music industry, working for major record labels with a number of chart-topping artists. Over time, my work in the entertainment industry evolved into a role as a coach, consultant, and educator, working with artists, industry professionals, and entertainment companies in a number of ways.
But my coaching and training work also brought opportunities to work with professionals in a variety of industries, and I started to focus my energies on helping sole proprietors and private practitioners build their own businesses.
Ultimately, my aim is to help my clients navigate the various challenges that life and work present, and provide a safe and supportive space to work through decisions, opportunities, concerns, and challenges.
I help clients clarify their goals and then set plans to achieve those goals. I help them establish a sound foundation for their practice, and develop a sustainable practice that supports a healthy lifestyle whilst buffering against burn out. And I motivate them to make the changes that will improve their experiences (and gently hold them accountable).
Finally, I provide comprehensive ongoing coaching and support for the successful management and maintenance of the business.
